It depends on the package. S01 has a 12-month minimum term, or you can buy it outright for $890. S03 and S04 can be canceled monthly once onboarding is complete, with 30 days' notice to the end of the month. The only long commitment we write is one you ask for.
S01 includes one content revision a month: text, images, or hours. Larger rebuilds are scoped as their own project. S03 and S04 include ongoing changes within the agreed scope. Anything beyond that is quoted before we start, so nothing shows up on the invoice you have not already approved.
A person. You work directly with the team that built your site — no anonymous help desk, no transfer chain. S04 clients reach the developer by phone or message. Response times: S01 standard, 48 hours; S03 priority, under 24 hours; S04 direct access, usually within a few hours.
Yes. S03 and S04 can be canceled monthly after onboarding. S01 runs 12 months, then monthly. Keeping a client who wants out serves nobody, which is why the work and the communication have to earn the renewal every month. Your domain and all your content stay yours, no questions asked.
S03 and S04 come with a 10% discount when paid annually up front. Clients running several projects or locations get individual pricing — just ask. Nonprofits and early-stage startups are handled case by case.
